The object remained in view for over 30 minutes and was observed by 7 witnesses including one of the judges of the "William Hill Nessie Sighting of the Year contest", who said it was the most convincing thing he had ever seen. I hope to get the movie onto this page early in 2001.

The object, at a range of about 400 metres, was filmed on digital video and 35mm colour negative film. In failing light, one witness descended the steep hill to the waters edge to try to get a closer view and perhaps more images, but could see nothing once at water level.
