After recovery for adjustments on 21st March 2000 the first fixed station
camera unit is being taken back to its location. The video signal is being
sent back to shore via its underwater cable.
Approaching the loch bed, we can see the area is nicely varied, with
boulders, sandy patches and debris likely to be attractive to fish.
Almost on the bottom, the relatively shallow location means that there
will be sunlight to illuminate the scene during the day.
Our first customer, a rather large fish, appears here near the right hand edge of the picture. I had hoped to have a video clip ready, but minor difficulties have meant that I could not upload it at this time. I hope these stills give you a taste of what we will be seeing in the future.
